However, being a human, with a little bit of evidence, a lot of weird ideas and a tiiiiiiiiiny fraction of knowledge of science...I have a theory. I think there's such a thing as biologogical texting. You can't just do this with anybody--it seems you have to have a strong emotional attachment to the person or being. Now, it doesn't matter how long it's been since you've seen them, or how far away they are...if you both have a strong emotional tie, then you've probably been biologically texting all along. Let me give you an example. Your best friend who you haven't seen in a long time, who you love to death pops into your head randomly. You have a few seconds of intense focus upon this individual and then you think of something else. It could be that day or a few days later...and you might not have talked to this person in months or years...you might not even talk ever, maybe you had a big fight. Anyway, soon afterwards, they call you, email you or send you a text or you run into them and they say, "I've been thinking about you recently!"
This is biological texting.
As my YouTube friend Ralph Smart of Infinite Waters Diving Deep says, "We are the original technology." I have to say that I completely agree and what a awesome way to say it!
It's funny, people are so impressed by robots, computer games, cell phones, the internet, airplanes...but WE are actually the ones that built those things! Isn't that impressive? OMG! And when your on the beach and you pick up a sand dollar and see the sheer beauty of the patterns and break it open and see what looks like little white doves...I mean how amazing is that?? Really how is that even possible? How are WE even possible? I mean I'm writing this from a cellphone! I could have been painting on a cave wall or something and that would have been impressive too but a cell phone? What even is a cell phone, that's craziness.
We don't realize how amazing we are. Humans are magical and we need to take a minute and realize this. We are living on a speck of dust in an infinite ocean of stars and dust. Our planet really is the size of a pinprick in comparison to the largest known objects in the universe. The largest star known would take us 1,100 years to circumnavigate on an airplane traveling 900km/hr. That's mind blowing. How tiny are we? Were like little cells in a body. We are like microscopic. We think we know stuff...yeah we don't even know what the hell makes up like 70% of our universe...so we call it "dark energy". I think it's from other dimensions lol but that's besides the point.
So back to biological texting...there have been studies, maybe you've heard of the study "the hundredth monkey" but it's when a learned behavior of a group hits critical mass, this new, learned behavior spreads like crazy over vast distances to other related groups. It's like our brains are all connected...like majorly connected. You can see it when someone has a new idea, and then someone else has a similar idea and then more people have this idea and then all of a sudden a very large mass of people have this idea! It's not even limited to people! Dogs seem to know when their owners are coming home and there's been studies of scientists taking new born rabbits away from the mother and monitoring the brain activity of the mother as all the baby rabbits are taken to a separate area and killed. (I think this is absolutely horrible by the way) but the study shows a huge increase in the brain activity of the mother rabbit when the babies are killed.
There's so much we don't know, but the next time your thinking about your mom or your dad or someone important to you...try sending them a biological text message and see what happens!
